If you've made a backup or stored the files on Document Cloud, you can try to recover them by following these steps:

1. Log in to the Document Cloud using your Adobe ID and password: Document Cloud Login
2. Navigate to the "Documents" tab and check under "Your Documents" to see if your files are available there.

I understand how frustrating it can be to lose important files. If you haven't made a backup or stored the files in cloud storage, I'm afraid there may not be much we can do to recover them.
