Prezados, foi debitado da minha conta o valor mensal, antes mesmo de usar o aplicativo, por gentileza, solicito o estorno.

@flávio_accioly_6087 because this was posted in the Reader Mobile, it almost always means the transaction was handled by the platform's native store, not Adobe directly. You are essentially making an "In-App Purchase." The payment method on file is charged by Apple or Google, who then remit a portion of the payment to Adobe. 

Because the payment was processed through as AppleGoogle, (depending on what device you used), those companies hold the billing relationship with the customer. Adobe, in this context, does not have the ability to access the accounts, billings, or even initiate or process a refund back to the user's credit card or account balance.
