Estou com problema em unificar 2 arquivos. O pior que o app travou e não consigo fazer outras edições por conta disso

Here are the most common reasons the app freezes during a merge:

• The files are too big: Large PDFs can be too much for the app to handle at once
• One of the files has a password:  This can cause the app to get stuck
• Your phone is low on space or memory:  The app needs room to work

Please try the steps below and see if that works:

1: Close the App and Reopen It

If you have an iPhone:

• Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle (or double-press the Home button on older iPhones)
• You'll see all your open apps. Find Acrobat Reader.
• Swipe the app upward to close it
• Open Acrobat Reader again
   

If you have an Android phone:
 

• Tap the square button at the bottom of your screen (or swipe up and hold)
• Find Acrobat Reader and swipe it away
• Open Acrobat Reader again

2: If It's Still Frozen, Restart Your Phone: Just turn your phone off, wait about 10 seconds, then turn it back on. This often fixes the problem right away.

3: Check Your Phone's Storage: Your phone needs some free space to merge files. If your phone is almost full, the app can get stuck. Try deleting a few photos, videos, or apps you don't use, then try again.

4: Update the App: Open the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android), search for Acrobat Reader, and tap Update if you see the option. Newer versions fix many freezing problems.
 

Tips to Make It Work Next Time

• Close other apps before you start (this gives Acrobat more room to work)
• Make sure both files are fully saved on your phone, not just stored in the cloud
• Don't switch to another app while the merge is happening, let it finish first
• If your files are very big, you can shrink them first by tapping Tools, then Compress PDF
