    Hi @Bruna

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing?

    • Have you started experiencing this issue recently, or was it occuring earlier as well?

    • Is it related to one file or happening with all the files that you try to compress?

    • Which tool did you use to compress? (Mobile app, https://adobe.ly/4atK5UU, or Acrobat desktop?)

    • What device and OS are you on?

    • Was it page 1 or page 2 that went missing?

Losing a page during compression is not something that should happen, Let's walk through a few steps together and see if that works:

    • Try compressing again via Adobe Acrobat online:
Head to https://adobe.ly/4gUxeih, use the Compress PDF tool, upload your original 2-page file, and download the result. Check whether both pages are there this time.

    • If you're using the Acrobat Reader Mobile app:
Open the original PDF in the app > Tap "..." (More options) > Compress PDF, Once done, open the compressed file and check the page count.

    • Clear the app cache and retry: Sometimes a corrupted cache can cause unexpected behavior during processing.
Android: Settings > Apps > Acrobat Reader > Storage >Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Acrobat Reader > Offload App
This frees up storage and resets the app's cache without deleting your Adobe account or cloud-saved files. Reinstall the app afterward from the App Store. Then try compressing again.

Let us know how it goes.
