Our mobile app normally activates a subscription automatically. If the paid features are not available, you can restore the purchase as follows:

    • Open Acrobat on your phone and sign in with the same Adobe account you used to buy the subscription.

    • Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner, tap Subscriptions, then tap Restore purchases.

    • Close the app, open it again, and try the paid features.

If it still doesn’t activate, you can refresh the app:

    • On iPhone: go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, select Acrobat Reader, tap Offload App, then tap Reinstall App and sign in again.

    • On Android: go to Settings > Apps > Acrobat Reader > Storage and tap Clear cache, then reopen the app and sign in again.

For more information, please check the steps shared in the help pages listed below:

    Restore your Acrobat subscription.
