Even i have paid for the subscription i am not seen as subscriber.

İ have paid Money via apple id but i cannot use Adobe Acrobat pro. when i try to subscribe again it says you already subscribed

There is no Acrobat Pro for either iPhone or iPad. What you can subscribe for via Apple's store on iOS is for extended features and cloud services for the iPhone and iPad. Such subscriptions do not include use of Acrobat DC Pro on either MacOS or Windows.

To run Acrobat DC Pro on MacOS or Windows, you need specifically to license that software either from authorized Adobe resellers or directly via Adobe's website.
