Every time I get to convert PDF Acrobat asks me to subscribe.

I have been trying to contact you this morning. You referred me to another site that asked me for my credit card. Every time I try to convert a word document to a PDF you ask me for a subscription . I am already paying you and cant get this to work?

This is an open forum, not Adobe Customer Care the vast majority of forum participants are simply software users like you.

Since you have a subscription, click the link above, sign in and choose your subscription-based product from the list. If you see older products, don't click them, they won't bring you to chat/phone options as they are no longer supported by Adobe, so make sure to click the right link and an Adobe Support Tech should be reachable via chat or phone.
