Everything goes to failure

Question

I use Adobe to open attachments  from emails etc,  the last one I could open was a month ago. I have lots of failures and need to be able to open them on my samsung galaxy phone. Thank you

If yes, please share the screesnshot of the same for more clarity.Is this an issue with a particular file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different file and check.What is the version of the Acrobat mobile app and the OS you are using? Try updating the app to the latest version available on the App/Play store and reboot the device once.If it still doesn't work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further review by our development team.~Amal
