Failure to create pdf.

All attempts to create pdf failed so I paid for premium through Samsung store. Still failed. So I tried to cancel $69 subscription. Adobe says I have to cancel thru Samsung Store. Samsung Store says I have no subscriptions. I'm going in circles. 6 hours and counting. Still no pdf.

 

Can't this thing just work? I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S10e fully updated.

We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Application version?
  2. Is it happening with all the documents?
  3. Have you tried steps listed in this article : https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/managingsubscriptions.html#create-pdf?

 

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.

For Android Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.4.1

Don’t worry if this doesn't work, you can cancel the subscription and ask for refund from your end. Before we let you go do you mind sharing the reason for the cancellation? 

For IOS  

Apple manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from the Apple App Store.
