Failure to sign In

Dear all

i want to combine my files but when I tap combine files it has a blue star and it reads after tapping ..trouble trying to access your AppStore please check your internet.

but I have internet 

 

please help

Hey there,

 

Looking at the description given above, I believe you are trying to combine files using Acrobat Reader mobile app on iOS? 

Have you recently downloaded the mobile app or working on Document Cloud web through mobile device?

 

-You may try after rebooting your device once.

-If that doesn't help, then try connecting it to a different network wifi, other Hotspot and check further.
