Falsely Charged

I bought the 7 day free trial today, but i was charged Rs. 340 for the same. Please initiate the refund as i was told that i will be charged after the trial period.

I checked the subscription details of your account and saw that you had purchased a monthly subscription. 

 

A 7-day free trial is available when you opt-in for the yearly subscription, not monthly, which is the reason for the money deduction. 

 

If you want to cancel, we suggest you contact store support for a refund, as they would be in the best position to assist you.
