I bought subscription but features don't work. It shows I am Subscrobed

 What gives?

@Sokhen as per above, make sure you are logged into the correct Adobe account. I have two separate accounts with Adobe, so, it's easily to get confused which account you are in. To cancel a plan, try this, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html?linkId=100000359499270

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing?

    1. Which feature are you trying to use, and what happens when you try to use it? Do you get an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot of the same for more clarity. Also, a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

 

  1. Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

 

Please try to log-out of the application, reboot the computer, and re-login with the same Adobe ID and see if that resolves the issue for you.

Hi Amal,

 

I'm another using also having issues. I clicked on the try free for 7 days of Adobe Acrobat Premium. It asked for payment and I paid with my credit card. Money has been taken out of my account of $14.18 as I subscribed to the monthly. Also.. thought it wouldn't charge me straight away as it said try free for 7 days. but it did. I still don't have the Premium service like being able to edit a PDF file. I have done the above. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Also restarted my phone multiple times.

I want my money back.

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to find any active/paid subscription for Acrobat Premium. If you may have used a different email for the purchase, please let us know via private message so we can check it further for you.
