Question

I have downloaded Acrobat reader to my IPad and has the premium subscription. I cannot not open a couple of files I need to fill and sign as it says I should Have Acrobat Reader DC for Apple. I don't understand.

Thankyou for reporting this to us. We are working on this. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Till then please try to restore your subscription once using the below steps.

1. Tap on profile icon.

2. Tap on subscription.

3. Tap on restore purchase.
