File/email attachment not reaching Forces Email from Outlook

Not sure how to solve this problem. 

Any PDF I have saved/created through Adobe will not reach any Forces.gc.ca email account. I am sending through an outlook account. It will say sent on my email but never show up on a Forces email. Please help!

Hello Lauren,

 

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience you had with sending E-mails using Acrobat Reader mobile.

 

Just so that we can check, are you able to share files over e-mail to other accounts or is it the same with every e-mail account you are trying to share the files with?

 

Also, could you confirm if the mails are not redirected to junk folder or spam folder of the forces e-mail box?
