File got corrupted

While editing my document, it suddenly got frozen and then appeared to be corrupted leaving me absolutely tensed for I've lost all the highlighted comments to everything in it. Please find me some help with this.

    Thanks for sharing the PDF file. I tried opening it, but unfortunately, it appears to be corrupted and cannot be repaired.

    To help us better understand the issue, could you please share a short screen recording showing the steps you’re taking and what exactly happens when the issue occurs?

    If the file was saved with annotations on any cloud storage, I recommend trying to open or download it from there to see if it works. However, if there’s no backup or saved version available, it may not be possible to recover the annotations.

    Hi there

     

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

     

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

     

    What version of the Acrobat app and the OS are you using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version 25.03.0 from the App/Play Store and reboot the device once.

     

    If it still doesn't work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs along with the sample PDF file so we can check it at our end.

    This is just for a  particular file as this was the first time I used it, and don't wish to risk my time in it again. So only 1 file as of now. The rest are working well as i'm not  editing in it either.

     

    It's the latest version only.

     

    I've attached the file as well. 

     

    It's really important, all of my comments, highlights, everything has gone away and it's extremely essential to me. If possible, please help me recover this.
