Could you please provide details on the workflow or steps you're using to compress the PDF file? A short video recording demonstrating the process would be very helpful for us to understand the issue better.

 

From the attached screenshot, it appears you're trying to compress a specific PDF file. Could you let us know if this problem is occurring with just this file or with all PDF files? If possible, try compressing a different PDF file to see if the issue persists. If it's limited to the specific file, please share it with us for further investigation.

 

Additionally, please check for any pending updates for the Adobe Scan app on the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). Update the app if needed and restart your device to see if this resolves the issue.
