File saving problem

How does you send the file?

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

1. Application version?
2. Source of file you are trying to save?
3. Make and model of your device?

To save file in cloud: 

Cloud-based files are automatically saved to the cloud after you make a change. Local files must be uploaded by tapping upload.

To save a local file to the cloud:

1. Go to your Files list.

2. Tap On This Device.

3. Tap three dots.

4. Tap upload.

Save a file copy

You can save files to any 3rd party connected storage Acrobat supports–not just Document Cloud, including shared and review files along with their comments.

1. Tap 3 dots. 

2. Tap Save a Copy

3. Select a location.

4. Tap Save.
