File that I didn't create that I can't delete

On my Adobe Acrobat home screen on my mobile iOS current operating system I have a zip file that I never created that is saved on my homepage of a novel that I'm writing that keeps updating with everything I wrote that I can't delete. What does this sound like to you? Help me.

The file is stored at Dropbox. Can you delete it there?

I have a Dropbox account that I use primarily for the novel I'm writing but that particular file itself is not stored anywhere on my Dropbox account.

You can remove the entry from the list of recent files.
