Files always open in black and white

Hello,

I use Acrobat reader on iPad (iOS 12 beta 12) and iPhone (iOS 11.4.1)

PDF files open correctly on iPhone, but not on iPad: they always open in negative black and white.

Is this a bug (iOS bug? Acrobat bug?) Is this a (new) hidden opton?

Is there any way to fix this by myself?

Hi Chibiberu,

As you have mentioned above, the file always opens in negative black and white on iPad.

If you are referring that the file opens with a black background and white text, then it is because you have enabled the night mode.

To open the PDF with the default view, you will need to disable the night mode in the application on your iPad.

Refer to the steps provided below:

- Open the application and open any PDF.

- Then click on the first icon at the bottom left of the application window.

- Slide the radio button provided for "Night mode" to the left from the options that appear.

Check if that resolves the issue.
