Files doesn’t save

Question

I try to duplicate my files but when I duplicate them, they don't stay in my recent. Files show for a bit then disappear, even if I type in file. Does it for all my files. Started happening after update.

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with duplicating files and they not showing up on the list.

As you mentioned that it started happening after the update, could you also please confirm whether the update you are referring to is for the Application version or the iOS version. Also, we would like to have a few more details from you:

1. The application version number you are using

2. The iOS version you are on.

3. Screen recording of the exact workflow you are following so that we can understand exactly what is happening.
