Files getting auto deleted

Files in my adobe cloud are getting deleted deleted on their own. After saving a file in certain folder, not able to find that again on cloud. But on using search tool, it is showing file on adobe cloue but not in folder. Plz help as my very important documents are being lost.

    Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

     

    How are you trying to search for the file? Are you using the File Manager app on Android or the Acrobat application?

    Files saved on the cloud cannot be accessed directly from the Files App in Android and will need to be saved locally to view them.

     

    Also, you can look for the files here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/
