Files Not Downloading

While I can download PDF files on my iPhone (Acrobat DC), I can't download the same PDF files to my iPad (Acrobat Pro). Why is that? In the past, I've been able to download the same type of files from the same source, but now I can't do it.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to download the PDF to ipad

 

- What happens when you try to download the PDF to ipad, do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding

 

- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or are you not able to download any PDF file to ipad?

 

- Please try to update the Acrobat Reader mobile app in ipad from the App store (iOS) and reboot the device once and see if that helps.
