Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

I tried to reproduce the issue at my end and its working fine. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the Acrobat App you are using? To check the version tap on Profile > About Acrobat and check for any missing/pending updates from App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and reboot the device once.

 

Also, would you mind trying the services on the online portal: (https://adobe.ly/4iqXsaq) and see if that works.
