Fill and sign feature not wokring on Andoid phone

I have subscription of Adobe reader on my Fold 5. 

Since few months the sign feature is not working, once I click on sign icon, I can't see the stamps, and it never shows up.

Meanwhile on my iPhone it's working properly.

Please someone suggest.
