Fill and Sign is not Available what can I do in my mobile App

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? What is the version of the Acrobat Mobile app and the OS you are using? Tap on profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the Acrobat Mobile app to the latest version available on the App/Play Store and reboot the device once. 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.  

Also, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity and understanding.
