Fill and sign is not working properly

Now if I fill up the form horizontal and save it, the typed text is all appearing vertical.

Thank you for sharing the file. This looks like an issue with the specific page whose orientation is changed compared to the rest of the pages.

Have you tried changing the orientation for the specific page to portrait and then try filling again?
