fill & sign not working

Hello all,

I have a protected form which is set to allow filling in and signing. I can open and fill and sign just fine on a pc but on my mobile device when I use Acrobat DC and I am signed in (or not) it gives me the following error. "This is a policy-protected PDF, which is not supported by the Fill & Sign tool. I have tested multiple forms and multiple phones. Same error. If I remove the password protection and leave the document wide open it works on the mobile just fine and you can fill and sign. Anyone have any suggestions? I really need to lock down these forms and send them to people to sign from their mobile device. Adobe chat suggested I try here. Thank you in advance!

Remove the password protection and you can use Fill & Sign.

Thank you Bernd but is there no way to make this work with the password protection on? These are sensitive documents that cannot be altered. Thanks for any assistance!

It will work in Acrobat Reader on Windows or Mac.
