Fillable fields made in Adobe DC do not show up in Adobe mobile

I made a fillable form in Adobe DC with boxes to type into and radio buttons to make selections for questions that can only have one answer. These fields do not show up in Adobe mobile or Adobe Fill and Sign and I would like these forms to be utilized on an iPad.
