Fillable PDF updates

I am creating a fillable PDF document for distribution (download from host website) and want to know if there is a way to make updates available to each person for download that will simply "find a replace" the changes needed without them having to start from scratch again? Similar to how an app update only fixes the bugs and maintains the user data.
