Filled field on Adobe phd - beame blank Adobe FIll and Sign app

Hi,

When we create a PDF file from Adobe Acrobat, we filled in some of the data fields. But, when our clients open it in Adobe Fill and Sign app, all pre-filled fields are blank.  We can see the pre-filled fields from email.

And, sometimes when we receive pdf files from our clients, we can't see data fields. We have to open the file from the browser to view the data.

Please help!
