Firma no se muestra sobre panel coloreado

Error de firma en formulario la misma no aparece en recuadro creado para agregar imagen icono que se usa para incluir la imagen de una firma manuscrita el recuadro tiene un fondo de color gris claro (no es un color predeterminado de paleta de colores). Si el color se cambia a un color predeterminado de la paleta de colores si aparece la imagen sobre el recuadro, antes no sucedia esto. Tampoco deja colocar imagen PNG fondo transparente (es una firma manuscrita) aparece la imagen en negro. Solicito correccion del error, cada vez limitan mas la aplicacion. Desde ya muchas gracias. Subo archivo que presenta el error.

Signature error in the form it does not appear in the box created to add an image icon that is used to include the image of a handwritten signature the box has a light gray background (it is not a default color of the color palette). If the color is changed to a default color from the color palette if the image appears over the box, this did not happen before. It also does not allow you to place a PNG image with a transparent background (it is a handwritten signature) and the image appears in black. I request correction of the error, each time they limit the application more. From already thank you very much. I upload file that shows the error.
