Form fields not updating when modifying values using a button

I've made a form which tracks different values based on an input value.
I added some buttons that alter this initial value by -5,-1,1,5 and whenever i use the buttons to modify this value the other fields dont update at all.(The buttons succeed in modifying the field, but calculations are not triggered upon this change)

Whenever the user manually modifies any field they all update properly but not when doing so using the buttons.

This does work correctly in desktop pdf readers (acrobat included) but not in acrobat mobile.

Any idea on how to fix this or circumvent the issue while still maintaining the ease of modifying the field without typing?

I have checked the calculation order and its ok (this works on desktop).
