Forms - checkboxes not working

Last week I discovered that the Zapf Dingbats tick was not visible when the checkbox was tapped with the form open in Acrobat for Android.
However checking on a previous device that had not been connected to the Internet I found that the tick was visible working correctly, the software version of Acrobat had not been updated.
The difference was that the new version of Acrobat 21. 2.0 17204 fails to make the tick visible. I understand that this is a recent release.

If the form is emailed and opened on a desk top the ticks are visible, but obviously not for the user completing the form.
Could you please let me know if there will be a new release to correct this?
