Franja de color a la altura de la cámara frontal

En una de las últimas actualizaciones ha aparecido en la aplicación una franja de color gris muy fea a la altura de la cámara frontal. Antes esa parte se veía negra en modo oscuro y blanca en modo normal, ahora se ve color gris siempre y es bastante molesta. He intentado buscar alguna configuración de mi s24 ultra para dejarlo como estaba pero no la he encontrado. Pensaba que sería un bug y que sacaríais una actualización para parchearlo pero van pasando los días y las actualizaciones y todo sigue igual

    Hi, Amal. That is. The grey bar only appears in landscape mode, with every single pdf and when there isn’t any pdf opened

    Ok, this is the video that I have recorded. I tried to do it also in light mode and the results are the same. The app can't use the whole screen and the bar appears on the level of the front camera

    Thanks for sharing the video recording. As seen in the video, the grey strip only appears in the landscape view and not in the portrait view of the PDF file. Could you please confirm if this is an issue with this particular PDF file or with all the PDFs?

    Sure, the one UI version is 8.5, the android version is 16 and the adobe reader version is 26.9.1.49959. I'm not doing anything special to make the grey bar appears. I just switching from vertical and andscape view. 

    The bar never changes when I switch from the light and dark mode, it looks always the same

    I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that grey bar appears, even after several updates, when the front camera area used to follow dark mode and light mode.

    To help us guide you better, could you please share:

    1. The version of Acrobat Reader installed on your phone.

    2. The Android and One UI version on your Galaxy S24 Ultra.

    3. A screenshot or a small video recording of the steps you are taking, showing the bar (without any personal information), and whether it appears on every screen of the app or only on some, for example, when a PDF is open.

    4. Whether the bar changes when you switch your phone between light mode and dark mode.

    Once we have these details, we will be in a better position to share the next steps with you.
