Fraudulent charge

I canceled my subscription some time ago and today I was charged a monthly fee. I went into the subscription tab as instructed and it is not there. Didn't expect it to be since I knew it was already cancelled. How do I make the charges stop and get a refund.?

I am getting charges and don't have any active subscription to adobe.
