How can I get my free subscription if i don't have any of the cards for the payment methods.thx

You mean a free trial? Free trials are not to complete projects, do training, or have a week of fun, they are to see if the software is suitable to pay for. So, if you can't pay, Adobe have no reason to allow the free trial.

Hope you are doing well. As per the above description, I understand that you want to opt-in for the free trial of the applciation.

 

The subscription is managed by the store through which you opt-in for it. The card is just for the verification purpose and you will not be charged for it. This is in-lieu with the policies of the store as to how they perform purchase and trials.
