I signed up a few minutes ago and it said 7 day free subscription. It immediately charged me $9.99 and when I click cancel subscription it takes me to my Google play store subscriptions where it does not show that I am subscribed.

Adobe Acrobat Reader is free. If you subscribed to something from the Google Play Store, you need to contact them for billing issues. You did not purchase from Adobe.
