Free trial

Question

I have now subscribed twice this morning and had 2 x 0.15p taken from my account but still can't use the software.Just keep being asked to sign up for free trial.Any ideas

After reviewing the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID linked to your community profile, I was unable to find any active paid subscription. This could be due to an issue with the Adobe ID you're currently logged in with.

To resolve this, please double-check that you're signed in with the correct Adobe ID—the one you used when making the purchase. You can try logging out and then logging back in with the appropriate email address to see if that helps.
