Now subscribed twice but still can't use editing tool.

 

When I try to subscribe again it says its already purchased.

 

Is this a scam as I'm getting no answers from previous posts

Thank you for reaching out! I hope you're doing well.

 

After reviewing the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you're using on this community, I was unable to find any active paid subscription linked to it. It's possible that you're logged into the wrong account or using an Adobe ID that wasn't used for the purchase.

 

To resolve this, please double-check that you're signed in with the correct Adobe ID (email) that you used when making the purchase. You may also want to try logging out and then back in, using any other Adobe IDs you might have.
