Free trial eligibility

I wanted to try the 7-day free trial, but it said I was not eligible. I don't understand why I wouldn't be eligible for the free trial. Anyone have any answers for me?

    Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

     

    There could be two reasons why you are not eligible for a free trial:

     

    1. You already availed of the trial period on your account, due to which the trial fetching fails.

    2. 7-day free trial is available only if you opt for the annual subscription model and not monthly.

     

    If either of the scenarios does not apply to you, please respond so we can look further into it.
