Could you please elaborate on the issue more clearly? If you are not able to use the premium features then make sure you are using the correct email which was used to buy the subscription.

Da der Einkauf über den Galaxy Store von Samsumg abgewickelt wurde, besteht das Vertragsverhältnis mit dem Shop nicht mit Adobe direkt. Sie sollten sich also dorthin wenden, wenn es Probleme mit der Abwicklung gibt.

Ich warte schon seit eine Woche für meine Freischaltung auf meinem Telefon ich habe sie bezahlt und keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich für mich ich finde das eine Frechheit
