Frequent crashes of adobe reader with loss of all work

Hello

i m iPad user for adobe reader

i read e-books of my syllabus

.Changes to pdf file not saved, adobe reader crashing automatically and frequently, each time the screen light gets dim file is closed and all the highlights/underline done are erased
i have even updated the app . Internal storage is 18 gb free..
 
please help

We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Application version?
  2. OS version?
  3. Is it happening with a single pdf or all the pdfs?
  4. What is the size of PDF files?
  5. Is it happening with pdfs other than e-books?
  6. Are you getting any errors while it is crashing?

 

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.

    happening with one ebook

    size 297 mb

    screen crashes suddenly with all the progress being lost..

    pother ebook 400mb working fine
