Frozen screen when downloading PDF from cloud using Adobe docuement Clound Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

On Ipad  all ipad funtions, internet camera, etc still working, I  cannot  move forward from this screen

Also  a message box will only pop up if I use both hands on either side of the frozen screen and says" ICA Seamless Host Agent"
