Por qué no puedo usar funciones premiun si ya he actualizado mi subscripción?

I have checked your Adobe account and found that you have purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription recently, Please try to logout of the application, reboot the device and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and see if that works.
