Getting charged after cancelling subscription

I canceled my subscription in the trial month as I didn't grt the service I was looking for. I was trying to edit a PDF and adobr didn't allow me to do the edit.

The online login did confirm that subscription is cancelled but I got charged $29.11 last month and today. This is fraud and illegal. 
Like I'm not blind! I could clearly see the suscription was canceled when I attempted. I contaced customer service right after the first charge but they kicked me out of the coversation twice. 

After I have canceled the subscription, if I login to get any other services I must get a window showing I need subscription rather than it getting turned-on whenever it feels like. I really want that money back.

I checked the email address registered on the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Pro DC.
