Getting push notifications but then can't find anything on the app

For some time, I have been having this problem on my adobe app (iOS 14, Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS, version 21.06.00).

 

I get a push notification telling me that I have a new notification in the app. I go to the app, and the bell has a red circle flaring that I indeed have a notification. But when I open it, nothing, no notifiations whatsoever.

 

Anyone knows what could be the problem?

Hope you are doing well, To get rid of those red notification numbers follow the below steps.

Step 1: Open the Settings app.
Step 2: Go to Notification Center
Step 3: Find the app. In this case, we’ll use Acrobat Reader as an example.
Step 4: Tap the Badge App Icon toggle switch so it’s off.
And then no more red app badges on your apps!
