Google Drive and Acrobat

Desde hace una semana que no logro que desde google drive se abra ningún pdf, ni desde Chrome ni desde la aplicación. Si me funciona con otras aplicaciones (como Lumin PDF), pero con Acrobat no... Ahora intenté desde el IPad, pero si busco desde la aplicación Acrobar me sale "vacío" el Goole Drive. 

Ya intenté desinstalándolo, instalando de nuevo, quitando la conexión y volviendo a colocarla

¿qué puede ser?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

 

Have you started experiencing this issue recently or was it occurring earlier as well? What is the version of the Acrobat Application and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the application to the latest version available on App/Play Store and reboot the device once. 

 

Please share a small video recording of the steps you ar taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.

 

Also, try to remove the Google Drive account from the Acrobat App and re-configure it and see if that works.  For self help and future reference please check the help page https://adobe.ly/44lXR7V

Hola!

Acá tenemos el mismo problema en un GSuite corporativo. Ninguna cuenta está pudiendo abrir los archivos PDF desde Google Drive. Se quedan infinitamente cargando.
Desde la plataforma misma de Acrobat sí se pueden abrir, pero la integración con Google Drive no nos funciona en ninguna de las cuentas corporativas.
En la imagen adjunta se aprecia como se detiene.

I hope you are doing well. I'm sorry about your experience using the Google Drive extension with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Just to confirm, are you using any authenticator for accessing the G Suite account?

If yes, have you tried installing the application on the device and then trying again? 

 

This could be one of the reasons why the app is not able to access the account.

 

If installing the authenticator does not help, please share a screen recording of the entire event for a better understanding and assistance.
