Google Play refund for subscription

Before you give me the automated response, I already checked if I am eligible for a refund (I am), and I filled out the form:

CORRECTLY. With all data, that was on 08/10/2025, and the purchase was made on 06/10/2025, Google won't refund me and said to contact you, I even went so far to get a free trial here just to speak with your support, and your support chat said they can't refund me if it is through Google Play, I want my freaking money back, I filled out the form and never heard back from you, I will keep sending you the same form every minute, until I see the money on my account.
