Google play store didn't refund me.
I was subscribed to Adobe Acrobat without my consent. I cancelled it immediately, but I have still not received a refund. I contacted the Google Play Store, and they told me to contact the developer.
For the past 10 days, I have been trying to get in touch, but I am only being given links and procedures. I have followed everything, yet I still haven’t received my refund.
Please help me process the refund from your side, as I am unable to resolve this myself. My registration email is the same as the one used for the subscription.
