Google play store didn't refund me.

I was subscribed to Adobe Acrobat without my consent. I cancelled it immediately, but I have still not received a refund. I contacted the Google Play Store, and they told me to contact the developer.

For the past 10 days, I have been trying to get in touch, but I am only being given links and procedures. I have followed everything, yet I still haven’t received my refund.

Please help me process the refund from your side, as I am unable to resolve this myself. My registration email is the same as the one used for the subscription.

    Dear Sir,

    I cancelled the subscription immediately, and it has now been 12 days, but I have still not received my refund. I have completed all the required forms, yet there has been no response or update.

    I am concerned that after 14 days, I may be informed that the refund period has expired and therefore a refund cannot be issued. I kindly request you to look into this matter and process my refund as soon as possible.

    As you have already filled the cancellation form, please allow our billing team to process your request. Once they initiate the refund, you will be notified by email. he refund may take upto 14 business days to reflect into your account depending on your banks policy.
