Acrobat Reader doesn't currently have a built-in tool that automatically finds and removes duplicate files. That said, here's what's available to help keep things organized:

1. You can create and rename folders in your Adobe cloud storage to sort files by topic, so duplicates are easier to spot when you search.

2. Files can be deleted individually from Files > select the file > More options > Delete, on both Android and iOS.

3. Using the search bar in the Files tab before downloading a new copy can help confirm whether you already have a file saved.
